Kim is a Registered Industrial Organisational Psychologist (MA Organisational Psychology, 1st Class Hons) and PG Diploma (I/O Psychology). She has over 20 years’ experience leading change programmes and designing, developing, and delivering organisational development initiatives. She is also experienced in executive coaching and team facilitation, working with teams and individuals at all executive levels from both public and private sectors.
Kim uses her in-depth knowledge and experience to deliver tailored change and resilience, executive leadership and management development programmes. She seeks to develop authentic leadership and high performing teams and individuals to improve business and personal performance.
A Registered Psychologist, Justine has 18 years extensive experience supporting and leading recruitment projects and psychological assessments for both selection and development purposes. She is also a trained facilitator and has delivered a broad range of workshops focusing leadership development, customer service, and career transition and development.
Justine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in the Practice of Psychology (Organisational Psychology); Master of Social Sciences (1st Class Hons) Industrial & Organisational Psychology & HR Management.
Pip is a registered Organisational Psychologist who has led and managed a wide range of complex organisational development teams, work programmes and processes. Pip has advanced skills in assessment and selection, organisational design, change leadership, facilitation, strategy development, HR management and capability development at a senior/strategic level.
Pip’s career history demonstrates successful delivery and a breadth and depth in these areas with a range of experiences across Public Sector and Crown Owned Enterprises.
Nicola has extensive experience in HR and has specialised in working with small-medium size organisations for almost 10 years. Nicola is qualified with an MBA and is a Chartered member of Human Resources NZ.
Nicola is also a certified career coach with Worklife International Pty Ltd and has been involved in coaching people through work and career decisions throughout her HR career. Nicola has worked as a career coach for more than 10 years and has worked with clients from graduates to managers and business owners to help them identify and find satisfying work and make career changes.
Jonathan is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist (MSc Psychology, Te Herenga Waka--Victoria University of Wellington), and an associate of TalentEdge Consulting. Jonathan provides specialised individual organisational psychology services, focussing on workplace support, occupational health, leadership, and communication. He works with clients large and small in both New Zealand and Australia, and lives in the Hawkes Bay with his family.
Leigh has dedicated the past eight years of her career to leading projects and change management efforts related to organisational strategy, design, and improvement. With a BA (Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Leigh has a solid foundation in understanding human behaviour and optimising organisational effectiveness.
An accredited Prosci Change Management practitioner Leigh is highly experienced delivering successful organisational change - whether it's new processes, technology, or structural changes. Her experience spans private, public, and not-for-profit organisations. Leigh is motivated by taking action, delivering results, and adding value through partnership and collaboration with others.
